SESSIONS

One to one

  • initial consultation: lasts between an hour and an hour and a half, and is followed by

  • tailor made INDIVIDUAL SESSION lasting one hour, including recording of session and advice or tips on "homework". 

  • these sessions are designed around the client's needs and goals, they are ideal to learn the tools to improve  everyday life stress related symptoms: sleep disorders, pain management, life changes, anxiety, lack of concentration, feeling low, also to gain confidence and positivity

  • Takes place in my studio or in the privacy of your own home

 

Group sessions

  • 5 one hour sessions.

  • these sessions are ideal as a refreshing time to deal with midweek stresses: stress management, napping and improving sleep quality, boosting memory, breathing for health, values, sound, some are available in French.

  • Takes place in local halls or venues.

Families and children sessions

  • on request
